About Us
Our company was founded 1989 in Bogota, Columbia, from the law graduent Hans Jacobus. That gives us more than 34 years of experience in the international football business.
Because of our tremendous success we were able to expand our operation outside of Columbia to 4 strategic important markets namly Israel, England, Spain and Germany.

In football, as in any other professional sport, the development stages follow fixed parameters, we transform a talent into 10 stages, that goes from the kicker to the athlet and finally to a pro or even an international top player.
Transformation Management
If only 300.000 out of 265 million make it to a pro and only 10.000 reach top-level, the ambitioned athlet needs to learn what stops him or her to move all the way up.
